Only the primary account holder (Owner)
Step-by-Step guide
If you need to update your business information, the primary account holder needs to contact us. These changes can't be made in the online portal.
Most changes require supporting documentation. Check the list below for what your change requires and have those documents ready before you reach out for faster processing.

Do not send the documents below via email. For your security, your Relationship Manager will provide you with a secure link to upload the required documents.
Business identity
- Legal business name - amended articles of incorporation or organization, state filing confirmation, IRS CP-575 or 147C letter
- DBA or trade name - registered DBA certificate
- EIN / Tax ID correction - IRS CP-575 or 147C letter
- Business entity type (sole proprietor → LLC → corporation)
- State of incorporation or registered agent
Business address
- Business physical/mailing address - a recent utility bill no more than 60 days from today, lease agreement, or state filing at the new address
- Driver’s License - copy of your driver’s license
and
Personal information (primary account holder or ultimate beneficial owners)
- Legal name change - marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order, plus a copy of a government ID i.e. driver’s license or passport
- Date of birth correction - driver’s license and birth certificate
