Access levels overview

Access levels in your credit card portal empower your team to make purchases or managing your business efficiently while maintaining your credit card account secure.

Owner

The Owner is the default access level, assigned to the person who applied for the business credit card. They have full access to all features and settings within the card portal.

Admin

Ideal for:

  • Co-owners, business managers, or administrators, the Admin access level has full access to manage cards, review all transactions, make payments, and more.
  • Accountants, the Admin access level has full access to review and export all transactions, make payments, and more.

Member

Ideal for:

  • Employees responsible for business purchases – The Member access level allows them to manage their card(s), view transactions, and update personal settings.
  • Employees handling receipt archiving – The Member access level allows them to upload receipts for the entire business.

Best practice

Assign only the access level needed for each team member. For example, if a team member only needs to make purchases, the Member access level is sufficient. This helps keep your account secure.
