- Send us your request via email at privacy@mercantile.cards or Contact support, and provide:
- Your full name
- The nature of your request:

- Correction — to update of fix any Personal Data that is inaccurate.
- Deletion — to request us to delete your Personal Data, subject to applicable law.
- Confirmation of receipt: Within 10 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation that we’ve received your request.
- Identity verification: We’ll contact you to verify your identity. This step helps us ensure we’re protecting your Personal Data and fulfilling your request securely.
- Processing your request: Once verified, we’ll process it within the time limits required by law.
