Step-by-Step guide

  1. Send us your request via email at privacy@mercantile.cards or 💬Contact support, and provide:
    • Your full name
    • The nature of your request:
      • Access — to see the Personal Data we have about you.
      • Correction — to update of fix any Personal Data that is inaccurate.
      • Deletion — to request us to delete your Personal Data, subject to applicable law.
  2. Confirmation of receipt: Within 10 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation that we’ve received your request.
  3. Identity verification: We’ll contact you to verify your identity. This step helps us ensure we’re protecting your Personal Data and fulfilling your request securely.
  4. Processing your request: Once verified, we’ll process it within the time limits required by law.
