- Owner (can only change their password)
- Admin (can only change their password)
- Member (can only change their password)
Step-by-Step guide
- On the Portal login screen, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email and open the Reset your password email.
- Click Change password inside the email you received.
- Enter your new password in the New password field.
- Confirm your new password by re-entering it in the Re-enter new password field.
- Click Reset Password.
- On the confirmation screen, click to return to your Portal.
- Log in using your new password.
