Who can request a setup link
- You must be the individual who applied for the credit card.
- Your business must have been approved for a credit card.
Step-by-step guide
You’ll need the primary card number to continue.
- On the Online Portal login screen, click Set up your access
- To continue, we need some information to verify your identity and locate your business credit card account. Enter your business Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Enter your primary card number.
- Enter the email address you used when applying for the card.
- Click Verify your information.
- If your business is found in our system, we’ll send you an email with a new setup link.
- Follow the Set up your Online Portal access steps to finish the process.
You can also click Use your Social Security Number (SSN) instead to continue with your SSN.
The primary card is the physical credit card issued in the name of the business owner who applied for the card.
