Removing a team member from your account will automatically close all cards assigned to them and revoke their access to the portal.
Who can use this feature

- Admin
Step-by-Step guide
- Go to the Team section (left menu navigation).
- Find the team member whose cards you want to close.
- Click the Trash (
) icon under the actions column.
- On mobile:
- Click the More options (
) icon to reveal the action menu.
- Click Remove Member.
- Confirm the action by typing REMOVE in the Confirm action text field.
- Click Yes, remove.
This will delete any existing card(s) for that team member and remove their access to the portal.
