Remove a team member

If someone is no longer part of the team or no longer needs access to your credit card portal, owners and admins can remove them instantly, ensuring sensitive company data remains protected.

Who can use this feature

  • Owner
  • Admin

Step-by-Step guide

  1. Go to the Team section (left menu navigation).
  2. Find the team member you want to remove.
  3. Click the Trash () icon under the actions column.
    1. On mobile:
      1. Click the More options () icon to reveal the action menu.
      2. Click Remove Member.
  4. If the team member has an active credit card, confirm the action by typing REMOVE in the Confirm action text field.
  5. ⚠️

    Any physical or virtual cards created for this team member will be closed immediately upon confirming the action.

  6. Click Yes, remove.
