Step-by-Step guide

There are two ways to connect your bank account:

Automated connection with Plaid

  1. Go to the Bank Account section under Settings (left menu navigation).
  2. Click Continue with Plaid.
  3. Follow the prompts to securely connect your bank account via Plaid.

Manual connection

  1. Go to the Bank Account section under Settings (left menu navigation).
  2. Click on Enter bank details manually.
  3. Enter the following information:
    1. Bank name
    2. Bank account number
    3. Bank account type
    4. Routing number
    5. Account name (to help identify this account in your portal).
  4. Click Add bank to complete the process.
