Step-by-Step guide
What happens when you disconnect:
- does NOT remove the chart of accounts created in your QuickBooks® chart of accounts during the connection process;
- does NOT delete any exported transactions from QuickBooks®;
- does NOT delete the transactions export history if you were you to reconnect your QuickBooks® Online account in the future.
- Go to the Accounting section (left menu navigation).
- Click on the
More options menu in the top-right corner. - Click Disconnect QuickBooks in the dropdown.
